Privacy policy

What do we do with your information? When you purchase a product from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, identification, address, and email. Newsletters, email marketing, and other communications from our brand must have your prior consent before being sent.

How do you give us consent? By providing us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, provide a shipping address, or return a purchase, you imply that you consent to us collecting and using your information for that specific reason. If we ask for personal information for other reasons, such as marketing and advertising, we will directly ask for your consent or provide an opportunity for you to opt out.

Disclosure: We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if our terms of service are violated.

Shopify: Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products. Your data is stored through Shopify. Shopify's databases and the overall application store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once it is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: In general, third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand how your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than ours. Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, this Privacy Policy and our website's terms of service no longer apply.

Google Analytics:

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us understand who visits our site and which pages are being viewed.

SECURITY: To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed inappropriately.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other generally accepted industry standards.

COOKIES: Here is a list of cookies we use. We have included them here so that you can choose whether to disable cookies or not.

  • session_id, unique token, sessional, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
  • shopify_visit, no data stored, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, used by our website provider's internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
  • shopify_uniq, no data stored, expires at midnight (visitor's time) the next day, counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
  • Cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your cart.
  • secure_session_id, unique token, sessional.
  • Storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite if the store has a password, used to determine if the current visitor has access.
  • PREF, persistent for a very short period, set by Google and tracks which store and where it was visited.

AGE OF CONSENT: By using this site, you declare that you are of legal age and have given us your consent to allow the use of this site.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so you should review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products.
