Returns and guarantee policy
WARRANTY POLICY:
At MUZALICI, we take pride in offering high-quality and durable products. Each item has been carefully designed and manufactured to the highest standards. Additionally, we comply with current legal regulations to ensure your rights as a consumer.
Quality Warranty: We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects and faulty materials. If your product has any defect within a period of 5 days from the delivery date, we will be happy to provide a solution. This may include repairing, replacing, or refunding the product, depending on the nature of the defect and stock availability.
Warranty Claim Process: If you believe your product is defective and you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as possible. Our customer service team will be available to assist you and provide necessary support via email: ventas@muzaluci.com or our WhatsApp line: +573125948916. In some cases, we may request photos or evidence of the defect to properly assess the situation.
Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications made by the customer. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products.
Return Policies
We want you to be happy with your purchase and feel supported at all times. Therefore, we have guarantees and rights that you can exercise if you need to make a return.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have up to 5 business days to return by law. Please note that there are certain categories for which it does not apply: products that, by their nature, cannot be returned because they are for single use, such as Napkins, Placemats, and Scarves, or have been customized and tailor-made.
RETURN:
Changing your mind is okay. Thanks to our Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return a product up to 5 calendar days after the date you receive it, depending on its category.
You have up to 5 days from receiving the product to request its return. Please note that certain product categories cannot be returned if you change your mind: products that, by their nature, cannot be returned because they are for single use, such as Napkins, Placemats, and Scarves, or have been customized and tailor-made.
Please note that the shipping costs associated with the return will be covered by the customer.

How to return:
- Create a return request: Contact us through our email: ventas@muzaluci.com or our WhatsApp line: +573125948916.
Complete the return within a maximum of 5 business days.
- Package your return securely (in original packaging) and be sure to include your completed Return Form.
- Book your return and print out a return label and schedule a pick up. Each order you return will cost US $25. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
Please note that the shipping costs associated with the return will be covered by the customer.
- Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return. Once you deliver the product, and we confirm it is in good condition, we will initiate the refund.
- Your return will take up to 15 days to reach us and be processed. If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return.
- The time it takes for the money to reflect in your account depends on the payment method and the banking institution.
