DELIVERY POLICY

Our deliveries are exclusively scheduled on business days. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

For standard-sized products: Up to 10 business days.

For products specifically modified for you in design or dimensions: Up to 15 business days.

SHIPPING COST

We offer Standard Home Delivery US$25 and free on orders over US$200.

The currency used for international shipping is US dollar ($).

We will deliver your parcel within 10 - 15 business days, excluding customs processing times. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that MUZALUCI is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.

Please note that your order is shipped from our MUZALUCI warehouse in Bogotá, Colombia.

Import taxes, local taxes and customs duties Please note that the prices on MUZALUCI.COM do not include local sales tax or VAT. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and custom duties upon delivery. MUZALUCI does not compensate these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.

How to pay these fees? Once the parcel has entered the destination market it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.

Bank fees: Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. MUZALUCI does not compensate these charges.
